Petroplus & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1976 by Parry G. Petroplus. The company quickly grew from an appraisal business to a full service real estate firm under the leadership of Parry Petroplus, Jerry Summers and Laury Waltz. Specializing in tenant representation, premier property listing, and unmatched property management the company quickly grew to become the leader in commercial real estate services in the area.
